The Secret To Attracting What You Desire
Do you want more money, a better job, a loving relationship, more energy, or better health? If so, you’re not alone. But here’s the million-dollar question: How do you actually attract those things into your life?
If you’re familiar with the Law of Attraction, you’ve probably heard that we attract what we focus on. Sounds simple, right? But here’s where most people get stuck—if your focus is always on what you don’t have (like money, a job, or a partner) you may be unintentionally keeping yourself in a cycle of lack.
The Key to Attracting What You Desire
So, what’s the secret? How do you shift from wanting something to actually receiving it?
The answer is feeling better.
Manifestation isn’t just about thinking positive thoughts and hoping for the best. It’s about aligning your energy, raising your vibration, and shifting your thoughts and emotions to a state of abundance.
For example, if you're craving more money but are constantly stressing about how little you have, you're coming from a place of scarcity. And when you’re in that state, it’s much harder to attract abundance.
Energy flows where attention goes. If your focus is on lack, that’s what you’ll keep experiencing. But here’s the good news—the opposite is also true! The better you feel, the more you’ll attract experiences that make you feel even better.
How to Shift into Abundance Mode
So how do you actually do this in real life?
Inspired by a Law of Attraction practice called The Book of Positive Aspects, I created my own journal this year to track my abundance. I call it my Book of JOY. Each day, I write down evidence of joyful abundance—big or small. And let me tell you, this simple practice has been a total game-changer. It keeps me in a state of gratitude and abundance, which in turn attracts more amazing opportunities and clients into my life.

This week, start paying attention to how you feel. Are you coming from a place of scarcity or abundance? Look for evidence of joy and abundance every day—whether it’s a surprise discount on your coffee, a kind message from a friend, or a moment of pure happiness.
When you focus on abundance, more abundance will flow your way.
